floor, 2 bedroom apartment
and is located across the road from the Scottish Parliament building
at the bottom of the Royal Mile. It is situated in one of the most
historic parts of Edinburgh and is also next door to Holyrood Palace
and the beautiful Holyrood Park.
When you
step out of the apartment you are surrounded by over 500 years of
Scottish history.
With prior approval, on arrival your bags can be left in the apartment
after 11.00am. On the day of
departure, your bags can be left in the apartment till 2.00pm.
This
apartment has high speed broadband internet connection and Wi-Fi

international telephone land lines.

Scottish Parliament and Holyrood park. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player. There
are also a foldaway sofa. The apartment

good quality utensils and
equipment. It includes a cooker, washing
machine, fridge, and microwave.

A double bedroom, with a double bed with
wardrobe and Chester draws.

A second double bedroom with 2 single beds located at
the rear of the property.
Shower room
There is a newly refurbished shower room which has a
shower, a
toilet, and a wash-hand basin.
Additional
Electricity, linen
and towels are included in the price. Clean linen and towels
are provided. There is an iron and an
ironing board and a sofa bed in the living room.
Access to the Apartment
The self catering apartment is located on the
Ground floor and access is from the secure communal stairs.

top of St Mary's street on the corner of the Royal Mile - in the
heart of central Edinburgh. The Royal Mile is the historic road that
connects Edinburgh castle to Holyrood Palace. The apartment is
situated approximately half way down this road. It is close to
Edinburgh Castle and the new Scottish parliament building and
it is a 5 to 10 minute walk to most of the city centre attractions,
including Princess Street Gardens, museum, and art
galleries.
