This very bright, airy flat is a 2 minute walk to the West End of Princes Street and Princess street gardens. It has distant views of Edinburgh Castle which is also within walking distance.

Princes Street is one of the major thoroughfares in central Edinburgh and its main shopping street. It is the southernmost street of Edinburgh's new town stretching around 1 mile between 2 five star hotels, the Caledonian hotel on the West end and the Barmoral Hotel on the East end of Princess Street . Princess street is mostly closed to private cars, with public transport given priority. The street has virtually no buildings on the south side, allowing unrestricted views of Edinburgh Castle, and Princess Street Gardens between.
Randolph Place is a small square a moments walk from from Princess street. The square is home to a French restaurant and the famous Harry's Bar. Close by is Princess street and George Street which contains some of the best shops in Edinburgh.
