This self catering Edinburgh apartment
is a one-bedroom flat is located just south of the Old Town and is
very convenient for theatres, cinemas,
restaurants and both the Royal Mile and Princess Street. The
Festival Theatre is 5 minutes walk away and it is a 10minute
walk to the Royal Mile. There is also a very good bus service.
The nearest supermarket is also only a 3 minute walk away. It
is easy to access to the Scottish Parliament and Holyrood
Palace which are approximately a 10 minute walk from the flat. There
is a multi storey car park at the bottom of the Pleasance and
also an unsupervised car park across the road. All on street parking is by
limited use of meters.

There is free broadband
internet access within the apartment. This is a no smoking
self catering apartment.
The flat consists of a
sitting room/kitchen with double sofa bed, double bedroom,
bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Bed linen and towels provided
each week for up to four people as required. Unlimited broadband internet access is available
free of charge and electricity and gas are also included in
the tariff.
Living room and Kitchen
The sitting room has a double
leather sofa bed which could be used to accommodate a third and
fourth person if necessary but this would be slightly more cramped.
There is a table and chairs for dining. There is a flat screen
television with free view box and DVD/video player, CD Player/Radio,
DVDs and videos , games. Unlimited wired ethernet internet access is
available free of charge if you wish to bring your own laptop.
The kitchen is fully fitted with
hob, oven/grill, microwave, fridge and a washing machine/tumble
dryer. There is ample provision of dishes, pots and kitchen
equipment for your stay.

pleasance university buildings . It is a clean and well presented
traditional tenament flat in Victorian building. Recently refurbished.
Ideal location in Edinburgh city centre close to Old Town. Perfect
for professionals or visitors to the city particularly during the
Festival and Christmas/New Year celebrations. Close to University
buildings and Arthurs Seat , while only 10 minutes walk to the
Royal Mile. It is Within 15 Minutes from Princes Street, Royal Mile,
