two-bedroom flat is located within a converted B-listed
sandstone building which was formerly a Victorian fire station
built in 1884. The property boasts high ceilings and has a
very spacious and airy feel to it, offering superb roof top
views to the castle over Edinburgh’s old town. Accommodation
consists of a large living room with open plan fitted kitchen,
two double sized bedrooms (one of which features its own wash
hand basin) and a bathroom featuring a bath and shower. It has
secondary double glazing and central heating. The property
also features a very attractive secluded and secure back
garden which is reached from the property by means of an
access ‘bridge’. This garden is ideal for summer use and
is very private, being open only to the seven apartments
within this block. It is superbly positioned within the very
heart of Edinburgh's old town and offers numerous pubs, clubs,
restaurants, theatres, cinemas and superior shopping
facilities including Harvey Nichols, House of Fraser and
Jenners etc. all of which are within a 5-10 minute walk. The
Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) is located

secured by iron railings and can only be accessed via the apartment
block. It is a pleasant and extremely private tree lined space which
is ideal for drinking a glass of wine on a warm summer’s evening
while you let the children run around!

Electricity, linen
and towels are included in the price. Clean linen and towels are
provided. There is an iron and an ironing board in the flat.
Two foldaway beds and a travel cot can be provided on request.
A high chair and children's plates and cutlery can be provided on
request at no extra cost.
