It is superbly positioned within the very heart of Edinburgh's old town and offers numerous pubs, clubs, restaurants, theatres, cinemas and superior shopping facilities including Harvey Nichols, House of Fraser and Jenners etc. all of which are within a 10 minute walk. George Street also offers a wide variety of designer boutiques.

Access to the Apartment

 

The apartment block is located on a hill running down towards the bottom of the castle hill. Access from the front entrance is one floor down. There is no lift and access is from the very secure communal stairs.

The apartment is located in the Grassmarket area which lies in the very heart of central Edinburgh. It is close to Edinburgh Castle (200m) and the Royal Mile, which leads down to Holyrood Palace. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to most of the city centre attractions, including  Princess Street Gardens, the Royal Mile, the Castle, museum, and art galleries.  The Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) just as 10 minute walk from the apartments.
